Mamuka was born in 1968 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
After finishing secondary school he was enrolled in Nikoladze I Art School in 1983, Tbilisi, Georgia.
In 1989 he was enrolled in State Art Academy, Faculty of Fine Art, Tbilisi, Georgia.
